• Our Replacement Policy has a duration of 7 days. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase.
• Opening video of the package is important for claiming Replacement.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that in the case of an eligible exchange, only a Replacement is available. We do not offer exchanges beyond the 7-day period.

• We only provide replacement if the product is defective or broken.
